Der Zuseher bekommt ein Kartenspiel, hebt es selbst mehrfach ab und merkt sich währenddessen eine Karte, die letztendlich irgendwo im Spiel landet. Der Zauberkünstler hat von Beginn an eine Hand in seiner Tasche. Nun wird dem Künstler wieder das ganze Spiel gegeben. Dieser dreht es mit der Bildseite nach oben und schiebt mit dem Daumen eine Karte nach der anderen auf den Tisch. Der Zuseher achtet dabei genau darauf, wann seins Karte auftaucht, aber… diese ist nicht mehr dabei! Erst jetzt nimmt der Zauberer zum ersten mal seine Hand aus der Tasche und zieht dabei die vom Zuseher gemerkte Karte raus!
